These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of riftstack.ai (the "Site"), operated by CloudRift, Inc. ("RiftStack," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

1. The Site and content

The Site provides information about RiftStack's research and work, including articles, benchmarks, and results, for general informational purposes only. Performance results describe specific hardware and software configurations and may not generalize to your environment. We state the limits of a result where we can, but we make no guarantee that any result applies to your setup. Nothing on the Site is a warranty, offer, or binding commitment.

2. Intellectual property

We own or license all content on the Site, including text, designs, graphics, logos, and marks (the "Content"). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site and to download or print copies of Content for your personal, non-commercial use. 3. Your submissions

Any questions, comments, feedback, or ideas you send us ("Submissions") are non-confidential. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution. You are responsible for your Submissions and confirm they are lawful, accurate, and do not infringe anyone's rights. Do not send us anything you consider confidential.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site beyond normal browsing or standard search-engine indexing.
• Attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its security features.
• Use the contact form to send spam, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and content that we do not control or endorse. We are not responsible for them, and you access them at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
